Terms and Conditions of Service:
Grace Period:  Delays are inevitable, which can sometimes keep customers from meeting their chauffeurs. M&L Worldwide logistics team works hard to give chauffeurs enough time to be in position prior to reservation pick up time. For each reservation, customers are granted a window of time to meet their chauffeurs at the requested pick-up location before incurring wait time charges.
Airport Pick Ups:
Airport waiting time will be charged after the chauffeur waits more than 45 minutes from when the aircraft arrives at the gate (60 minutes for international flights).
Non-Airport Pick Ups:
Wait time will be charged after the chauffeur waits more than 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time. After 15 minutes time charged will apply and are accrued in quarter hour increments, based on the vehicles hourly rate. No charge will be made for the first 15 minutes, however if the chauffeur is required to wait in excess of 15 minutes the charge will apply from the collection time.

Cancellation Policy:
Charges apply for customer no shows and cancellations are at the rate based on the service booked. Cancellation notice periods are as follow:
      All vehicles in the USA & Canada -  under 2 hours are fully billable
      All vehicles in the USA & Canada - over 2 hours are no charge (unless vehicle has been dispatched)      
      Executive vehicles and SUVs in the UK - 2 hours notice

      Premium vehicles and SUVs in the UK - 12 hours notice       
      Coaches, minibuses and all other vehicles in the UK - 48 hours notice

      All vehicles in the rest of Europe, Middle east, Russia and Africa - 48 hours notice

Miscellaneous:
Parking, tolls and any out of pocket expenses will be charged at cost
Holiday surcharge is 25% (Christmas Day, New Years Day, memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day)
Hourly billed reservations are charged at a 2 hour minimum and are calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the garage
